Foundation Repair Durham NC (foundationrepairdurhamnc.com) is a website for homeowners in Durham, NC, the rest of Durham County, and nearby Roxboro, Oxford, Wake Forest, Mebane and Graham. This policy explains what the request form collects, why we collect it, where it goes and how long it is kept.
What the form asks for. The estimate form asks for your name, a phone number or email address so you can be reached, the location of the house, and a short description of what you have noticed, such as cracks, sticking doors or sloping floors. Please leave out anything sensitive, like bank or card numbers, health details or government ID numbers. We don't ask for that kind of information and have no use for it.
Where your details go. Each estimate request is sent to one independent local foundation contractor, and to no one else. No other company, person or mailing list receives it. That contractor uses your details to get in touch about the house, and once it has them, its own privacy practices apply. Messages sent through the general questions form on our contact page stay with us and are not passed on.
Storage and deletion. Our hosting provider keeps each request only so it can be passed to the contractor, and it is erased automatically 90 days after it arrives. You won't find a phone number anywhere on our pages; information reaches us through the two web forms alone.
No selling. We never sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don't add anyone to a marketing list.
Site records. As on most websites, our server may keep brief records, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, so the site stays secure and running.
Your choices. If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted before the 90 days pass, write to us using the general questions form on the contact page. The site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes. Any change to this policy also updates the date shown at the top. This policy is governed by the laws of North Carolina.
