Here is how Foundation Repair Durham NC (foundationrepairdurhamnc.com) earns money, and who actually does the foundation work. The site serves homeowners in Durham, NC, across Durham County and in Roxboro, Oxford, Wake Forest, Mebane and Graham.

What this site is. Foundation Repair Durham NC is a marketing website. It is not a contractor, and it performs no foundation, plumbing or electrical work. It does not inspect homes, and it does not bid on, price, contract for or guarantee any work. It holds no contractor license.

Where requests go. We route each estimate request to one independent local foundation contractor. From there, the contractor reaches out, inspects the house, writes any estimate and does whatever work you agree to. It is a separate business, and we do not employ or supervise it.

How this site is paid. That contractor may pay this site a flat advertising fee. Signing or not signing a contract changes nothing about it, because the amount never depends on whether a job is signed. Homeowners pay us nothing. We also never hand homeowners gift cards, discounts, rebates or anything else of value.

What the fee does not mean. Advertising is all the fee buys. It is no endorsement, and it says nothing about how the contractor compares with others. You are free to get other estimates or to turn down any offer. Our cost ranges and summaries of rules in North Carolina are there to help you weigh any offer on the same terms.

No other ties. We have no affiliation with any other business that goes by a similar name, with the City of Durham or Durham County, or with any college or university.

Questions. If anything here is unclear, send a note through the general questions form on our contact page. North Carolina law governs this disclosure.
